Petrochemical Sector Project

This week, we are testing our skills on some bespoke products for the Petrochemical sector.

Cairnhill has been engaged to supply and install ten modularised bunkers, formed by using specially fabricated steel panels, manufactured in-house, then carefully assembled on site.

The complex installation requires some careful planning, using a telehandler to position the manufactured panels onto a lifting frame, then craning them into their final destination.

When built up and complete, the bunkers will have motorised retractable roofs and a safety gantry with a walkway. The units are being used to encapsulate existing machinery, which will house critical components during a range of high-pressure testing.
